Further to its customer's requirements, iTra offers services under three different scenarios:

• Consultant: creation of supply chains in China.
     - Suppliers identification, evaluation and negotiation
     - Organization of the sourcing channel
  Once the supply chain is established, the client decides whether to operate it independently or to take advantage of iTras's experience to do it.
• Agent: iTra manages all or some sourcing operations, depending on the clients' requirements.
     - Suppliers identification, evaluation and negotiation
     - Management of samples, designs and product specifications
     - Communication with suppliers and operational follow-up
     - Quality control
     - Logistics support
  As agent, iTra's commission fee will depend on the width and depth of its services, the purchasing volume, the complexity of the activity, etc.
• Trader: supply of products from China, iTra acting as principal. iTra's revenue comes from the commercial margin.
