• Negotiation of the best trading conditions, -price, payment terms, quality, lead time- closing contracts and agreements
• Management of product specifications and designs, drawings and samples
• Communication with suppliers and operations follow up
• Establishment of stable relationships with key suppliers
• Support in planning and organizing the purchasing process
• Establishment of quality control systems throughout the entire process based on the international standard AQL (Acceptable Quality Level):
     - Initial check: inspection of raw materials and components
     - Inspection and follow up during the production process
     - Inspection of finished products, packing and shipment
• Logistics: identification of the best freight option and coordination of operations, including the support in the consolidation of cargo when necessary
